The Juno lens skilfully combines two important Akoni symbols – the reduced perfection of the circle and the square – and this new geometric shape forms the centre of an extraordinary rimless style with tinted, 90s-inspired lenses edged with slim, narrow acetate rims in complementary colours. Japanese influences are clearly visible, and Akoni's deep connection to this rich culture results in a unique design that owes as much to the coolness of Tokyo as to the nation's timeless intellectual spirit. High-quality, lightweight yet high-performance Japanese titanium is used to make the nose bridge and the complementary slim temples, which are adorned with Akoni's characteristic knurled piece and fitted with a branded temple end and custom-branded screws.
