A frame only fits properly once it has been adjusted to your face. If it slips, pinches or sits crooked, that is not a defect. It can almost always be fixed, and we take care of it.
What can be adjusted
It slips down your nose
We readjust the nose pads and temple angle to suit you.
It presses on your temples or behind your ears
We adjust the temple width and shape until the frame sits without pressure.
It sits crooked
We align the frame so that both lenses sit evenly in front of your eyes.
Please do not bend or heat the frame yourself. This can damage the material, especially with titanium, fine acetate and coated frames.

Free of charge in Merzig and Berlin. It is best to book an appointment in advance, so we can take our time for you.

Pack the glasses well padded, add a note with your name and order number, and send them to:

We adjust them and send them back to you free of charge. As soon as they are on their way back, we will let you know. You cover the shipping to us.

Follow-up advice
Glasses change with everyday wear. If the fit feels different after weeks or months, just get in touch. This applies to all glasses you have bought from us.
