payment options

We offer the following payment options, which are country-specific. You can choose between the following payment methods: 

Paypal, credit card payment, instant bank transfer, Apple Pay, AmazonPay as well as Purchase on account with Klarna and Installment purchase with Klarna

If you experience payment difficulties with one of the payment methods you have selected, please ensure that the payment information you have provided is correct and that all required fields are correctly and completely filled out.

If your credit card is declined, please check the following:

• whether you have a valid card that hasn't expired. The expiration date is shown on the front of the card.

• whether the name on the credit card matches your billing address.

• Check with your bank to see if your card limit has been reached. Check with your bank to see if you've exceeded the maximum purchase amount.

• whether the three-digit security code (found on the back of the card) or the password request for your MasterCard is correct.
